I. Order processing time
Normal Processing:
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding US and international public holidays).
Peak Season Note:
- During holidays or significant sales (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year's), processing time may be extended to 3–5 business days.
- If there is a delay, we will contact you via email and provide an estimated shipping time.
Special Orders:
- For custom orders or products requiring special packaging, processing time may be extended based on availability, and we will confirm this with you in advance.
2. Shipping area and estimated delivery time
Within the United States:
- Standard delivery time is 7–12 business days.
- Shipping to remote states or islands (such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) may require an additional 3–5 business days.
International Shipping:
- Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and most major international destinations: Expected delivery time is 10–20 business days.
- Remote areas, countries with strict customs clearance, or areas with limited access: Expected delivery time is 20–30 business days.
Unavailable Areas:
- We currently do not offer delivery to certain countries/regions due to international policies, shipping conditions, or customs restrictions. If your order address is outside our delivery area, we will contact you and issue a refund.
3. Carrier information
To ensure safe and timely delivery of your packages, we partner with the following internationally renowned and local carriers:
- International Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
- Regional Carriers: For some countries/regions, we entrust local, high-quality logistics partners to complete the "last mile" delivery.
- Carrier Responsibilities:
- We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment.
- Once a package is delivered to the carrier, transportation may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as weather, customs clearance, epidemics, and flight schedules. Please understand this.
- If any issues arise, we will actively assist in communicating with the carrier to ensure the issue is resolved correctly.
4. Shipping and duty policy
Shipping Calculation:
- Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the package's weight, volume, and destination, and will be displayed on the checkout page.
Duties and Import Fees:
- International orders may incur duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We recommend that you consult your local customs office regarding relevant policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.
Additional Fees:
- If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the re-shipping.
5. Tracking and customer notifications
Tracking Information:
- After the package is shipped, an email containing the carrier information and tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
- You can check the shipping progress at any time through the carrier's official website or the tracking link we provide.
Status Updates:
- During the shipping process, we will provide timely updates based on the carrier's feedback (e.g., shipped, clearing customs, delivering, etc.).
- If there is no update on the shipping status for more than seven calendar days, please get in touch with our customer service team.
6. After-sales and exception handling
Delayed Delivery:
- If your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please get in touch with us immediately. We will follow up with the carrier and provide remedial measures if necessary.
Lost/Damaged Package:
- We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a reissue, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Returns and Refusal:
- If a package is returned due to customer reasons (e.g., refusal, incorrect address, or no one to sign for the package), the reshipment fee and customs duties will be borne by the customer.
- If the carrier or we cause a return, we will cover the associated costs.
